Since founding SeamonWhiteside with his partner Stuart Whiteside over 40 years ago, Kenny Seamon participated in or oversaw the master planning and design of a significant portion of the properties that comprise the beautiful Town of Mount Pleasant. Neighborhoods, shopping centers, hotels, offices, parks, sports fields, police and fire stations, town hall…you name it and Kenny had a hand in its design. Kenny truly cared about improving the community, building wonderful places, and connecting people. And he loved being outside! The Kenny Mile Foundation, through its focus on supporting the implementation of greenways in Mount Pleasant, achieves the same goals: improving the community, building wonderful places, connecting people, and getting people outside. We are proud to continually support trail building in Mount Pleasant, now and in the future, in honor of Kenny Seamon!
